Role Description
The company offers IT Services for government sector, small & medium business. As a customer service agent, clients will contact you and express their needs or make particular requests. As an agent, you will open the customer’s file from the computer system and provide the necessary solution to the issue at hand. The solutions might include making modifications to the customer accounts such as updating an address on file or canceling an order. It is unlikely that you will have all the answers on your fingertips, in which case you are provided with FAQs and guidelines for handling the problems. In case of emergent problems whose solutions are not in the system, you may ask for further assistance from the supervisor and other experienced workers..
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone call inquiries.
- Manage quality and successful delivery of a large number of simultaneous projects.
- Create and mail correspondence to claimants, clients, and service providers.
- Assist with other support functions as required.
- Generate sales orders and customer invoices, posting sales and credits to accounting system.
Experience & Skills
- Ability to interface with clients effectively
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment with multiple priorities.
- Solid computer skills and an aptitude for learning new software
- Excellent communicator
- Fluent in English, oral and written.
- Self-responsible and exceptional multi-tasker
